Rangat, Nov 25: As a part of celebration of 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rangat in collaboration with Education Dept., Rangat and Gram Panchayat, Nimbutala organized football knockout tournament from 22/11/2018 to 24/11/2018 at Nimbutala Playground under Block Level Sports Meet in which altogether 10 teams from different places participated.
The final match of the tournament was played between Sabari Youth Club V/s Thoratang. Sabari Youth Club defeated Thoratang by 4-2 goals in tie breaker. On the occasion Mr. Anil Bepari, Up Adhyaksh, North and Middle Andaman was the chief guest while Mr. A. T. Rao, Zilla Parisad member was guest of honor. They gave away trophies and certificates to winner and runner up team. Mr. Alphonce Toppo, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Rangat proposed vote of thanks.
