Port Blair, Nov 25: A 3.15 meter long Female Crocodile was captured from a Nallah, situated near Jirgatang Check-post area, on Saturday morning. A team of wildlife captured the Crocodile, after a very long struggle.
As per reports, presently, the Crocodile has been shifted to the Biological Park Chidiyatapu. On November 17, a cage was placed there and on Friday night the crocodile got trapped in the cage.
As per in the Villagers, there are a few more Crocodiles in the region because of which again the cage has been placed in the area.
