Port Blair, July 21: On July 19, 2012 issue Andaman Sheekha had published that how openly a Raj Niwas Vehicle is violating law of this land and now Andaman Sheekha team has found that not only Raj Niwas but vehicles of many other departments are also openly violating rules and are openly plying on Andaman Roads without High Security Registration Plate.
The most daring department is perhaps the Health Department, where it seems, none of the vehicle have fixed HSRPs.

Andaman Sheekha Photographs clearly show that none of the vehicles, parked inside the vehicle Shed area of Directorate of Health Services, has High Security Registration Plate. Sources told Andaman Sheekha that as some of these vehicles do not have proper fitness while others have various technical problems for which the DHS is unable to apply for HSRP. “This is total carelessness from the side of Directorate of Health Services.”
This is sad to note that in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, where general public more or less follows

rules and regulations very religiously, some of the government departments violate rules openly and set wrong example for a Common man. Surprisingly instead of taking action against these departments, law enforcing agencies give them total immunity.
