On the auspicious occasion of “Onam”, I extend my warm greetings to the people of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The Festival of harvesting of crops is a symbol of prosperity and agricultural affluence. It is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in these Islands.
On this occasion, I wish that this festival would bring happiness and prosperity in the life of Islanders and strengthen the bond of unity and religious harmony among the people of these Islands.
