Baratang, Aug 13: The Zonal Sports Meet for Children with Special Needs for North & Middle Andamans was organized for the first time at Baratang by Rotary Club of Portblair in association with Govt Senior Secondary School Oralkatcha on 10th August 2018.This was a first endeavor for Children with Special Needs on a Zonal basis and there was great enthusiasm among the participants.
The Parents , Students and Teachers present also participated in an event .
The Principal GSSS Oralkatcha Smt MV Jolly was the Chief Guest. Club President Rotarian Rajesh Anand , Club Secretary Rotarian B Dinesh Kumar and Past President Rotarian Abhijit Agarwal addressed the gathering .The opening ceremony was conducted by Mr. Dinesh Singh of Fire Station Baratang. Various events were organized with the efforts of Dr Usha Rani PET and Mr. B Rajesh of GSSS Oralkatcha.
Prizes and Certificates were awarded to the winners and participants .
