Port Blair, July 29: To mark the 3rd death anniversary of former President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam a solemn function was organised at International Human Rights Council A & N Islands, State Board Office, Gurudwara Lane, Port Blair on 27th July’ 2018.
The State President, IHRC, Mr. Murugesan paid floral tributes to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam followed by office bearers and other members. Two minutes silence was observed.
Speaking to the occasion the State President, IHRC, A & N Islands recollected the memories of Dr. Kalam and appealed to the members to focus on good thoughts of Dr. Kalam and good things will happen, stay positive, think positive and always do positive.
The IHRC members, Mr. Sekhar, Mr. Ganesh Moorthy, Mr. T.R. Murugesan, Mr. Pandikannan, Mr. Marudhu Pandian and Mr. Raja Manickam and Mr. Subinay Baidya also shared their views on the occasion.
