Port Blair, July 15: Mr. B .Eswar Rao, Councillor P.B.M.C and Mr. Mangat Ram, Secretary, Seva NIKetan garlanded the statue and paid floral Tributes to Shaheed M. Dilli Rao, Gunner of 51 Field Regiment (Artillery), who laid down his life fighting insurgents in Assam on 13 July, 2002, at a function held on Friday 13th July 2018. The Programme was attended by the inmates of Seva Niketan, Parents of the brave son and relatives.
