Port Blair, May 22: In an attempt to simplify Governance and improve the delivery of services to citizens of Mayabunder Tehsil, Ms. Kirti Garg, IAS Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman District, Mayabunder has launched /rollout one of the core project under National e-Governance Plan viz. State Portal & State Services Delivery Gateway (SP&SSDG) by issuing a no dues and Non encumbrance certificate to Mr. K.VIJAYAN RAJAN S/o M.KESAVAN Resident of LUCKNOW Under Mayabunder Tehsil.
The Andaman & Nicobar Administration in association with SOVTECH has already established & rollout four CSCs under Mayabunder Tehsil for delivery of service for citizen of Mayabunder Tehsil. The location of the CSC’s under Mayabunder Tehsil are:
CSC Mayabunder located at Pokkadera Panchayat (100 mtrs. From Danapur Junction); CSC Rampur located near to ICICI Bank, Lucknow (500 mtrs from Tehsil Office, Mayabunder); CSC Tugapur located near to Duraga Mandhir, Laltikri, Tugapur and CSC Billiground located at Panchayat Bhawan, Harinagar.
The list of services of Revenue Department available for the citizens of Mayabunder Tehsil, North & Middle Andaman District are :
Local Certificate; Resident Certificate; Dependent Certificate; Family detail Certificate; Income Certificate; Language Origin Certificate; No dues & Non Encumbrance Certificate; Senior Citizen Certificate; Solvency Certificate; Un-Employment Certificate; Valuation Certificate; Other Backward Class Certificate (OBC).
The above mentioned services are now available to general public at all CSCs of Rangat, Mayabunder & Diglipur Tehsil under North & Middle Andaman District. Moreover , the District Administration, North & Middle Andaman District also intends to stop the manual flow of the above mentioned 12 services of Revenue Department of Rangat, Mayabunder & Diglipur Tehsil w.e.f. 25.05.2018.
After the rollout of e-forms, citizens would be able to access, submit online and obtain status of different Government to Citizen Services over State Portal of A&N Administration (www.andaman.gov.in) through CSCs.
The National e-Governance Plan of Indian Government seeks to lay the foundation and provide the impetus for long-term growth of e-Governance within the country. With the motto of creation of the right governance and integrated service levels, the District Administration, North & Middle Andaman has rolled out 12 services of Revenue Department, Mayabunder through CSCs. The process for applying the 12 services are as follows:
At the first instance the citizen has to visit the nearest Common Service Centre(CSC) and submit their application with all the necessary documents in original; The CSC operator shall scan only original of all the necessary documents as prescribed in the checklist for the concerned service and upload the same in the State Portal of Andaman & Nicobar Administration. Once the uploading is completed an SMS shall be forwarded to the concerned applicant’s mobile number stating that your application for concerned services has been submitted successfully and unique identification number viz. Acknowledgement number consisting of 14 digits has been generated. This acknowledgement number shall be the reference number for the citizen for tracing their application online for the particular service. The same application shall be forwarded to the concerned Patwari circle for report/comments; The patwari shall fillup their report after field verification online through State Portal with their own user credential which has already been provided to all Patwaries under Mayabunder Tehsil and forward the application to the concerned Revenue Inspector for verification; The Revenue Inspector in turn using his own user credential shall verify the report of patwari and shall forward the application to Tehsildhar with his remarks / report; The Tehsildar shall verify all the documents uploaded by the applicants and reports of Patwari and Revenue Inspector shall approve / reject as per the case may be; Once the services are approved or rejected by the Tehsildar, the applicant shall receive an SMS stating that your application for the particular services has been approved or rejected; After receiving the SMS the citizen can visit the nearest Common Service Centre and get the hardcopy of the certificate as requested by the applicant. This certificate shall be considered as original certificate which can be used for any other purpose.
Citizen can view the status of the application at any stages of the workflow through their nearest CSC’s by providing the acknowledgement number received by SMS while submitting the application.
The above process shall curtail the citizen to visit Tehsil Office for getting the status of the application and in turn benefit them by receiving the concerned certificate at their doorstep which is one core objective of SP & SSDG Project
