Mayabunder, Apr 04: The accused doctor of PHC Kalighat molestation case, was sent Judicial Custody today by the Hon’ble Magistrate at Mayabunder.
Yesterday evening after complaining of chest pain, the accused Doctor was admitted at Kishorinagar hospital. Meanwhile, the SHO Kalighat produced the victim yesterday night before the Hon’ble Magistrate at Mayabunder and the confessional statement of the victim U/sec 164 was recorded. The Magistrate had ordered the Police to produce the accused before the court this morning.
