Port Blair, Mar 11: After four long days, the BSNL finally managed to rectify faults in OFC and restore mobile network in North and Middle Andaman.
As per report the BSNL mobile network was totally down in North and Middle Andaman since 7th March 2018 afternoon, after some kind of damage in OFC. However the BSNL could send a team to rectify the fault only on 8 March and only by 10 March afternoon the BSNL mobile network has been restored in North and Middle Andaman.
Meanwhile PRI members and public of North and Middle Andaman and deeply upset with the unprofessional attitude of BSNL, regular damage in OFC and unwanted disruption in BSNL services.
Public in North and Middle Andaman are now demanding laying of an alternative OFC line till North and Middle Andaman so that in case of any damage to one OFC the BSNL can continue service with the help of second OFC line.
