Billyground, Feb 05: The first Kissan Mela at Billyground started on 3rd February 2018 brought enormous joy for the local farmers of the area, as the Mela enabled them to the sell their produce in new platform. The crowd in the mela also enjoyed the evening as many cultural Programs were organized during the mela.
Musical show was also organised yesterday in this regard. However, heavy rainfall since yesterday midnight caused damages to various stalls.
Not only stalls a large quantity of Rabi crops of the farmers also suffered damages following which the farmers had to face a huge losses. The farmer community has now urged the administration to extend some administrative support for them.
