Port Blair, Jan 23: Mr. Udit Prakash Rai, IAS, Secretary, RD, PRIs & ULBs/ Deputy Commissioner/DM, South Andaman District, Commissioner (GST), A & N Islands, Chairman, District Child Protection Unit, S. A. of Andaman & Nicobar Administration laid foundation stone for “Construction & Widening of CC Road & Hand Railing at Manna Nagar, Tsunami Shelter Mannarghat -V under Mannarghat Gram Panchayat” on 22/01/2018. Mr. Udit Prakash Rai, IAS, unveiled the plaque to mark the foundation stone laying in presence of Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta, DANICS, Additional District Magistrate, S.A. District A & N Admn. and Mr. O. Bashir, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Mannarghat along with large gathering of local villagers. Mr. Udit Prakash Rai, IAS expressing his deep satisfaction over the upcoming project on his speech. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 12,27,189/-. The Pradhan expressed his sincere thanks to the Officers for sparing their valuable time from busy schedule for Gram Panchayat Mannarghat.
