Diglipur, Jan 23: The Directorate of RD,PRI,&ULBs of A & N Administration had been created the office of Executive Engineer for Diglipur area, accordingly Directorate posted Mr. G D Rajan as Executive Engineer, PRIs, N & M AD-II for Diglipur on Sep 2017.
As per this order Mr. G D Rajan reported duty at Directorate of RD on Sep, 2017 and the Panchayat Samiti at Diglipur developed office for the Executive Engineer on the ground floor of its building. Since then the grievances of the Samiti and Gram Panchayats of the North Andaman have been piled up and the execution of development works of the Panchayat Samiti Diglipur and other Gram Panchayats are very badly hampered.
The Pramukh Panchayat Samiti Diglipur Mr. Shyamal Mondal requested the Lt Governor on his recent visit on 21st Jan 2018 to expatiate the commencement of the office of the Executive Engineer, AD-II at Diglipur for the smooth and effective implementation of all the development works properly and timely at Diglipur.
