Kadamtala. Dec 27: The Zilla Parishad Adhyaksha, North & Middle Andaman, Mrs Kalpana Bain on a tour to Middle Andaman visited various pending Zilla Parishad projects on 26 and 27 Dec.
Due to the lack of 12 Crores many projects were due and more than 50% of the projects cost were already issued to the contractors. To settle the disputes and finalize the pending projects like rural roads water supply and other schemes of the Zilla Parishad, Adhyaksha alongwith ZP members and Engineers visited various projects at Kadamtala, Basantipur and Bakultala.
Adhyaksha also visited PHC Kadamtala on continuous complaints by the general public regarding issuance of medicines to the patients by the ward boy of the said PHC in the absence of the Pharmacist. The issue was discussed with the CMO of Kadamtala. Later today the team visited the Vivekananda ZP Vidyalaya at Basantipur.
