Diglipur, Dec 26: On 25/12/2017, 30 Nos. newly constructed Govt. Quarters (24 Nos. Type-II and 06 Nos. Type-III) of A & N Police constructed at Madhupur were inaugurated by Smti Nuzhat Hassan, IPS, DGP, A & N Islands in the presence of Mr. Ingit Pratap Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police N & M Andaman District, Commandant Mr. S.C Patnaik, Commander, Coast Guard, HQ-9, Mr. Sukant S Ballabh, SDPO Diglipur, Mr. Manik Das, Assistant Engineer, APWD and staff of PS Diglipur. At the outset Mr. Ingit Pratap Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, N & M Andaman welcomed the Chief Guest Smti Nuzhat Hassan, IPS, DGP, A&N Islands and highlighted the necessity of the quarters.
Mr. Manik Das, Assistant Engineer, APWD briefed about the works to be undertaken in the said complex by APWD.After inauguration DGP of A & N Islands congratulated all Police personnel and asked them to get benefited by occupying Govt. Quarters constructed for their welfare.
