Port Blair, Dec.20: Department of Art & Culture, A&N Administration in collaboration with Kala Kendra Society is conducting a ‘Rangoli Competition’ at Andaman Club, Port Blair from 3 pm to 5 pm on Dec 22, 2017. All participants who have applied to take part in the competition have been asked to reach Andaman Club at 2.30 pm on that day.
