Port Blair, Aug 11: An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the richter scale hits Andaman Islands on Tuesday. According to SEOC the quake whose epicenter was in the Nicobar Islands, India Region Lat: 9.43 N, Log:93.52 E occurred at 1853 IST at a depth of 10 KM. There were no immediate reports of loss of life or property and was not felt at Car Nicobar, Kamorta, Campellbay, Little Andaman , S/Andaman & Mayabunder.
