Port Blair, Dec 14: The Telugu Desam Party, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has whole heartedly welcomed Smti. Kanuri Jayasree, the Telugu Desam Party, State Mahila General Secretary since-1984 during her recent visit to the Islands. She was welcomed by the T.D.P State President Mr. N. Manikya Rao Yadav, Sate General Secretary – Mr. Azizur Rahman, Smti. Protima Banerjee- Councillor, Ward No.06 of Port Blair Municipal Council and other senior members of the Party, in a small solemn function held in the Party Office at Phoungyi Kyaung, Ward No.06. She appreciated the Telugu Desam Party for their expedite efforts being carried out for the development of the party and also placed some suggestions for women empowerment of the Islands.
