Port Blair, Oct 24: In response to the demands of Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament, A&N Islands presented before the Secretary(Revenue) Ministry of Finance at New Delhi on 13.10.2017 as published in the local news papers on 24.10.2017, Mr. Arvind Singh, Principal Chief Commissioner of GST, accompanied by Joint Commissioner, Department of Revenue, GoI, New Delhi and Director, MHA, New Delhi are arriving Port Blair on 26.10.2017 to undertake the study on impact of GST and to hold meeting with the stake holders, businessmen, traders including officials of UT Admn at Port Blair on 26.10.2017 and on 27.10.2017 at Ranga, Diglipur, Havelock and Neil Island.
All stake holders, businessmen, traders etc are requested to participate the discussion and to present their grievances, if any, on GST matters before the Commission of GST. MP will also accompanied by the GST team during their visits from 26.10.2017 to 31.10.2017.
