Port Blair, Oct 16: Heavy rain (07 to 11) cm likely to occur at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Under the influence of Low Pressure Area over Central Bay of Bengal, strong South to Southwesterly wind speed between 35 to 45 kmph gusting to 55 kmph and rough to very rough seas likely along and off Andaman and Nicobar coasts. Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea during next 48 hrs.
