Port Blair, June 26: Mr. R Mohan, State President has requested people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to contribute money to save the life nearly two month old baby, H Wingslee Joseph, who is having a hole in his heart. The baby boy has been admitted to the Madras Medical Mission, Chennai and Doctor has diagnosed it as a case of obstructed Infra Cardiac TAPVC, small PDA, Severe PAH (Supra Systemic RV Pressure) and advised for immediate Complex open heart surgery. For this surgery Mr. Haridas, the poor father has to deposit Rs.2,70,600/-immediately in the Hospital. The baby is also required for prolonged stay in ICU of the hospital after the operation.
Meanwhile the party has already requested the Lt. Governor to grant financial help for the operation of H Wingslee Joseph.
“Kind hearted people may donate some money and deposit the same to H Wingslee Joseph’s father’s SBI (Haddo branch) A/c Number 20067739159 and inform him of the deposit to his mobile number 9679598767,” Mr. Mohan said in his press release.
