Port Blair, Oct 01: A Maiden Conference of JCO & equivalent was held at Likabali Auditorium, Brichgunj on 29 Sep 17. The JCO/eqvt are the bedrock of the Armed Forces and the conference was an opportunity to the JCO/eqvt to jointly present issues pertaining to HR management, Logistics, Administrative issues as well as Operation. Vice Admiral Bimal Verma, AVSM, Commander-in-Chief Andaman & Nicobar Command delivered the inaugural address and on completion, mementoes were given to delegates by the Commander-in-Chief.
