Port Blair, Sep 18: The Founder President of Sudhangshubala Foundation Trust, Dr. Buddhadev Banerjee, Former Principal of Nabadwip Vidyasagar College, Nadia and Convener of the SBF Trust has handed over a Laptop, Stethoscope, Spihygmomanometer and other medical instruments to the sponsored students of MBBS of ANIIMS,Mr. Dilliswar Rao a 2nd year MBBS Student of first semester of ANIIMS. Earlier a Laptop was also given to Ms Taslima Banu a student of 2nd year’s third Semester of ANIIMS, who has also been sponsored by the Trust. This year also the trust tried its best to sponsor 12 meritorious students from financially weaker class but no such student could be able to get seat in ANIIMS or in other Govt Medical colleges at Mainland. Its a dream of SB foundation to sponsor 12 such students every year for another 10 years.Mr Ashok Mukherjee former HoD of Chemistry,Vidyasagar college Nadia was also present on the occasion.
