Port Blair, August 30: On 26th August a matter was informed to the Aberdeen Police Station by the PCR Van roaming near Hornbill Nest resort that two youths have molested a minor girl near Horn Bill Nest, following which later after investigation both the accused were arrested by the Police.
Unfortunately the youth namely Masroof and his three friends who actually informed the matter to the PCR to save the girl was not given any credit and all credits was taken by the Police team in official press release of Police Department.
As per reports, Masroof with his three other friends, was going towards Hornbill Nest, when they saw a guy trying to start his bike in panic besides road.
Masroof and his three friends later realised that they know the other guy and when he saw them, he disclosed that he has been beaten badly by two unidentified youths and his friend, a minor girl, is being molested and tortured by them.
Masroof along with his three friends then immediately stopped a PCR and asked them to help the guy following which the girl was finally saved.
