Port Blair, Aug 28: Shri Vishal Jolly State President BJP A&N Islands along with Shri Ashok Kumar State General Secretary BMS and Shri.M.Veerana State Organising Secretary BMS met the Lt.Governor A&N Islands on 28/8/2017 at Raj Niwas. The issues discussed in the meeting were The long time pending issue of implementing 1/30th pay for DRMs was requested to be implemented at the earliest and To increase the minimum wages which is not yet been increased even after the recommendations of the committee constituted by Lt. Governor.
He also added that, the delay in implementing both issues will cause unrest among the daily wage workers.
