Port Blair, Aug 22: Shri. Vishal Jolly, State President, BJP A&N Islands have expressed his gratitude to the Lt. Governor, A&N Islands for completing one year in office. He said, under the leadership of our Lt. Governor many developmental projects are initiated particularly in introduced online application facility in Higher Education Sector to reach the opportunity till rural students, initiated solar project to provide 24 hours electricity throughout the islands, Cath Lab for angioplasty & cardio thoracic surgery facility and various health facilities was introduced, initiated Blue Revolution by sanctioning Fish Landing Centre and Ice Plant to develop Fisheries Sector, Tourism Sector turned job seekers to job providers, Optional Fiber Cable project got approved, Four Big Ships and Ten Small boats ordered to improve Shipping Sector, Improved the Road and got sanctioned main two Bridge work to connect North to South Andaman by Road, many schemes launched by central Govt. for the welfare of farmers and others was implemented successfully in A&N Islands, Pink Patrol was lunched for safety of Women, law and order is maintained, the general public are given chance to discuss their problems directly to LG to get spot solutions, transparency is implemented and maintained in very necessary departmental activities etc. He conveyed his best wishes to Lt. Governor, for his future tenure in these islands.
