Port Blair, August 07: A POCSO case has been registered at Campbell Bay Police Station yesterday. Child Rights Commission of Car Nicobar helped the parents of the minor to register the case, it is learnt.
As per sources, the accused was only talking to the minor over phone since last year which was not liked by the parents of the minor girl.
Thus the parents with the help of CRC, Car Nicobar registered a POCSO case in the PS Campbell Bay.
The accused has been arrested and has been sent to the judicial custody. Further details are awaited.
