Port Blair, July 18: Naresh Chander Lal Ambassador, Swachh Bharat Mission, Andaman & Nicobar Islands attended a National Seminar on 18 July at Gandhi Peace foundation New Delhi. The seminar was organised by Avard and Akmt in relation to Gandhi 150 Gandhi- Khadi and constructive programme.Shri Lal later on presented the dvd of his award winning feature film Gandhi-The Mahatma based on islands Cosmo Culture to Shri Kumar Prashant Ji, Chairman, Gandhi Peace Foundation New Delhi.
