Port Blair, Jul 18: A Holy Fire Walk Festival of Sree Muthumariamman Temple is scheduled to be held on 07 August from 12.00 pm. Also a procession of devotees will be held from Buniyadabad via Haddo, Old Dhanvantri, Delanipur, Aberdeen Bazar, Middle Point, Goal Ghar, Delanipur and back to Buniyadabad at 05.00 pm. A massive gathering of devotees are expected to participate in the procession with the idols of the deities on specially decorated vehicles. As a part of the celebration on 29 July Flower Mahotsav and procession from Haddo vinayagar temple to buniyadabad temple via delanipur from 05.00 pm to 08.00 pm, on 30 July Kappukattuthal from 05.30 pm to 09.00 pm, on 04 August Thiruvillakku Puja from 04.30.pm to 09.00pm, on 07 August Holy Fire Walk will be held between 12.00 am to 02.00pm.
The temple committee has cordially invited the devotees and the general public to participate in the holy function.
