Sarthak Kanjilal Rangat, July 04: The Rangat Police Unit has seized around 750 ml of 226 IMFL bottles from Rangat this evening. After several months this is the biggest quantity seized by a Police Station in the Island. As per reports, following a tip off the Station House Officer, Inspector PK Abdul Arif along with Sub-Inspector Masuma Begum, Sub-Inspector Regan Isaac, PC N Anish, Srinivas Rao, Kyan Mohammed, Jaydev Halder, Shammi Begum and Viplove Das raided the house of Dhanagopalan Ramu S/o V Ramu, 35 years who has stocked around 226 bottles of 750ml in the make shift store room in front of his house. As per reports, Rangat Police Unit has taken appropriate action against the accused.
