Port Blair, July 03: The Port Blair Municipal Council bid farewell to four (4) of its employees who superannuated from government service on 30/06/2017. At a simple function held in the chamber of the Chairperson, PBMC cheques of all retirement benefits including GPF, Gratuity and other monetary benefits were handed over to the retired employees. The names of retired employees are Mr. Achai Babu, Assistant Mason, Mr. M.A.Hadi,Work Assistant, Mr. M.P.Karuppaiah, Assistant Mason and Mr.M.Yadvaiah, WCM all attached to Works section of the Council. In his address the Chairperson, Municipal Council Mr. B.Eswar Rao recalled the valuable services rendered to the Council by the four employees and wished them happy and healthy post retired life. Mementos were also presented to the four employees on the occasion.
