Port Blair, June 11: The Rowing Team that went for National Championship at Kolkata has brought one Gold medal and one Bronze Medal for Andaman Islands.
Though, the team was not provided with any kit or uniform the team performed much better than that was expected.
Sportsman Navin brought Gold for the Islands and Sportsman Sampa Ram brought Bronze Medal for these Islands. At least, now the administration must felicitate the winners so that it may motivate and encourage other sportsmen to do well in their respective games.
