Port Blair, Apr 18: In order to encourage and boost the morale of Police personnel of A&N Police including Fire Service, Police Marine Force, Police Radio Organization and India Reserve Battalion (IRBn), the Director General of Police, A&N Islands has awarded 82 Police personnel of various ranks with DGP’s Insignia-2017 in recognizing of their dedication, hard work and outstanding performance towards duties.
The Director General of Police, A&N Islands during the award function held at Police Headquarters on 18th of April, 2017 has appealed the police personnel to carry out their duties with utmost dedication and sincerity in the interest of general public so that a people friendlily atmosphere may be created and the relation of Police-public may also be made cordial.
