Port Blair, Apr 07: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank is implementing the policy of Government of India particularly the visions of Prime Minister of India by way of providing cashless transactions and Digital India in and around Port Blair Tehsil. The equipments (PoS) have been received and the team from the supplier/ manufacturer of the machines have arrived from Pune.
The interested parties those who have given consent are requested to take the help of experts to know the operation on handling the machines directly, to avoid further problem are
therefore requested to cooperate with the visiting team from today and give their full needed support to achieve the scheme.
So far, The Bank has received the consents of 27 customers for its use. By installation of the machines, the general public those are using cashless transaction may be benefitted as per the policy of Government of India.
