Port Blair, Mar 30: To commemorate the 262nd birth anniversary of Dr. C.F. Samuel Hahnemann, founder of Homoeopathy and to mark the World Homoeopathy Day, World Homoeopathy week will be observed in the Islands from April 4 to 10, 2017. As such, a healthy baby & mother show will be jointly organized by the Directorate of Health Services and A&N State AYUSH Society to create awareness about integrating Homoeopathy in healthcare and promote the maternal & child health.
The event will start at 9.00 am & registration will be open from 12.00 noon on 8th April, 2017 at AYUSH Hospital, Junglighat. All interested participants have been advised to participate in the event by getting themselves registered on the spot with birth certificate, ANC card, immunization card, proof of method adopted for family planning by parents. The winners will be awarded with cash prizes.
