Port Blair, Mar 14: The 4th A & N State Conference of the All India Kisan Sabha will be held on 17th March 2017 at Diglipur. The conference will be held at Panchayat Hall at Subhashgram Gram Panchayat which will be inaugurated by Com. Madhan Gosh, Vice President, Central Committee of the All India Kisan Sabha, a communication here said.
