Port Blair, Feb 07: The Aberdeen Police Unit has once again proved to be strong enough in detecting any theft case. Recently, a week ago, Jetender Singh resident of Junglighat, registered a complaint of a theft of huge quantity of Gold from his home.
Taking immediate action on the complaint the special squad of Aberdeen Police Station started the investigation on this matter and today they arrested the accused namely Taslima Ali W/o Akbar Ali resident of Junglighat and recovered almost all the stolen Gold from her home.
The team constituted of HC Vijay Shankar, HC V Hentho, HC Radhakrishnan, PC Mondol, PC Ashok investigated the aforesaid case under the overall supervision of SHO and DySP Aberdeen Police Station. The accused has been sent to the judicial custody, it is learnt.
