Port Blair, Jan 25: In an endeavor to promote democratic electoral participation and to encourage younger voters to take part in the political process, Government of India has decided to observe the National Voters Day (NVD) on 25th January 2017. In a simple function held in the main office premises of Port Blair Municipal Council, Shri Yashpal Garg, Secretary, PBMC administered “Voters Pledge” to all staffs and officers of the Council.
