Port Blair, Jan 17: An awareness program on cashless and clean India was organized by NIC, Port Blair on 17/01/2017 at 11.30 am. for the benefit of the trainees of Tagore Government College of Education, Port Blair. Shri. Gautam Gupta, Scientific Officer of the organization explained in detail about cashless transactions. A Power Point presentation was also presented by him to highlight digital payments like bank cards, USSD, Aadhar Card, E-wallet, UPI etc. The main theme of the program was to “GO Cashless, Go Digital”. The programme was attended by all the students of Computer department and faculty members of the College.
