Neil, Jan 12: Gram panchayat Neil Kendra will be celebrating Silver jubilee celebration of Vivekananda Mela from 12 January to 20 January 2017. Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament will be the Chief Guest of the opening ceremony of the Vivekananda Mela to be held on 12 January 2017 at 6.30pm.
