Port Blair, Dec 28:Diglipur Vikas Mela which was earlier scheduled to held from 7th Jan is rescheduled to 14th January to 21 January. The mela will be held at Vivekananda Stadium. Lt. Governor Andaman & Nicobar Islands Prof. Jagdish Mukhi reportedly consented to be the chief guest on this occasion. The mela will be inaugurated at 5PM on 14th January. Panchayati Raj Institutions and Andaman & Nicobar Administration jointly organizing this mela every year.
