Port Blair, Dec 05: It is brought to the notice of all concerned that 1 (one) BAMS seat reserved at Govt. Ayurvedic College, Osmanabad, Maharashtra from Category-III B is fallen vacant due to surrender of seat by the allotted/selected candidate. The surrendered seat will be allotted to the eligible student from the respective category.
The counselling for the aforesaid BAMS seat will be held on 8th December, 2016 at 3.00 pm in the Chamber of Assistant Secretary (Hr Edn), A&N Administration, Secretariat, Port Blair. All eligible/interested candidates whose names appeared in the final merit list of BAMS under Category-III B are requested to appear for counselling on the date and time specified above alongwith all their original certificates/ testimonials with 4 (four) passport size photographs and 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category. If the seat is un-utilized from the respective category, the same may be allotted from Category-V as per merit. Hence, the candidates whose names appeared in the final merit list of BAMS course under Category-V are requested to attend the counselling.
If the seat remains still vacant, the same will be allotted to the fresh eligible candidate who is present in the counselling as per their merit. Therefore fresh eligible candidates, those who are interested for allotment of the above seat, are also requested to be present on the above date of counselling alongwith all testimonials in original.
No claim will be entertained or considered, in case the candidate fails to appear in person with requisite testimonials/certificates in original at the time of counselling/selection on the scheduled date and time specified above.
