Port Blair, Nov 28: The Andaman and Nicobar Command conducted a multi-specialty health camp at CHC Diglipur on 23 Nov 16 as part of Navy Week celebrations.
The medical camp was inaugurated by Dr Charles, the senior most Doctor at CHC Diglipur. A Physician, an Eye Specialist, a Psychiatrist, a Gynecologist and a Dental Surgeon from INHS Dhanvantari conducted the Camp. Assisted by Medical Officer and paramedical staff of Naval Air Station Shibpur,they examined 480 patients free of cost.
Air Commodore RS Upadhyay, Chief Staff Officer (Medical), Andaman and Nicobar Command appreciated the assistance of CHC Diglipur and civil administration in successful conduct of the Medical Camp.
