Port Blair, Nov 25: On the occasion of observance of “Constitution Day” Shri Jaydeep Kumar Dey , Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman has read out the “Preamble” of the Constitution to all the officer and staff of Zilla Parishad , South Andaman and the Zilla Parishad Members Present at that time at 25.11.2016 at 4.00 pm in Zilla Parishad Bhavan.
