Port Blair, Nov 16: A bag consisting of nearly Rs 3 lakh gold Jewellery and old notes worth Rs 14-15 thousand was found lying inside Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, yesterday.
As per reports, the bag was first sighted by the CISF Jawan and while thorough check in the CCTV Camera by the CISF Jawans, it is learnt that the bag seems to be of a Lady who was travelling by the Spice Jet Airlines at 02:45 pm.
Surprisingly, till now no one has lodged any missing complaint in this regard and presently the bag is in the custody of the terminal Manager of the Airport. Further details are awaited.
