Port Blair, Nov 07: Sailors Union of India & BMS have expressed their sincere gratitude towards the Andaman & Nicobar Administration for considering their demands vide Office Order No.4943 dated 1st November,2016 wherein the administration has decided to increase the period of contract for the crews for a period of six month.
In a press communication, the Secretary, Sailors Union of India has expressed gratitude towards the Lt Governor, Chief Secretary, Secretary (Shipping) and Director of shipping Services for increasing their contract period for six months.
The Bharathiya Mazdoor Sangh also expressed its gratitude to the Lt.Governor and Andaman and Nicobar Administration for such office order.
