Port Blair, Oct 28: The Director of Health Services will inaugurate the Employees State Insurance (ESI) Dispensary at VIP Road, Junlighat on Nov 1 at 11 am. The President, Andaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr Girish Arora will also be present as the guest of honor.
