Port Blair, Oct 28: The Chairperson, Mr B. Eswar Rao, on behalf of Port Blair Municipal Council, has greeted the islanders and the residents of the city on the occasion of Diwali. The festival symbolizes victory of righteousness, triumph of good over evil, truth over falsities and the lifting of spiritual darkness, said Mr Rao wishing peace and prosperity for the islanders.
