Port Blair, Oct 28: The Andaman & Nicobar Administration will observe the Rashtriya Sankalp Diwas & Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on 31st October, 2016 at 09.00 AM in the JNRM Auditorium.
This being a National Function, floral tributes would be offered to Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi and Late Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel followed by two minutes homage. Two minutes silence from 09.10 AM to 09.12 AM will be observed to pay homage to the departed souls. Following the two minutes silence, a pledge will be administered by the Hon’ble Lt Governor, A&N Islands to all those present in the Auditorium.
All Heads of Departments/Head of Offices, Officers/Officials of the A&N Administration, Officers/Officials of the A&N Command, PRIs and general public are requested to attend the main function at the JNRM Auditorium from 9.00 AM to 9.25 AM.
