Port Blair, Oct 14: A minor fire was reported this afternoon at around 02:30 pm from an old Car at Bhathubasthi near Vegetable Market.
No one suffered any injuries due to the fire incident.
As per reports, the reason behind the fire was sort-circuit. As per sources, the fire started from the Bonnet of the car.
Sources further said that a Fire Tender reached the spot within 5 minutes after they received the information. However, the fire was controlled even before the team of Fire Brigade reached to the spot.
